What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a professional crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and some basic non-alcoholic beverages. The specifics depend on the service — for instance, sunset cruises feature an assortment of premium drinks and small bites, while business charters offer meeting amenities and corporate catering choices.
When should I make my reservation?
To ensure availability, it's best to reserve your trip 2–3 weeks in advance, or 4–6 weeks ahead for company gatherings and private events, particularly during the high season (May–September). This also allows time for any special requests.
What is our plan for unfavorable weather?
Your safety is our highest concern. In case our captain determines the weather to be unsafe, we'll either reschedule your trip or offer a complete refund. Weather conditions are monitored diligently, and should issues arise, we will reach out at least 24 hours before your departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own refreshments and food?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own refreshments and food. We can also provide excellent catering services tailored to your taste. Do note, for safety, we don't allow glass containers on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility issues?
We aim to make our services accessible for everyone. Some of our yachts are equipped with better facilities for those with mobility concerns. Let us know about your requirements while booking, and we'll suggest the most appropriate vessel and make the necessary preparations.
What's our policy on cancellations?
A full refund is provided for cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure. For ones made between 24 and 72 hours prior, we offer a 50% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of departure, the fee is non-refundable, unless due to unsuitable weather or mechanical setbacks on our end.
