NeutralCommonsVerge offers luxury yacht chartering services, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily yacht rentals
  • Sunset excursions
  • Business getaways
  • Private functions
  • Extended yacht charters

All offerings are dependent on availability and the current weather conditions. We retain the authority to alter or cease services at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To make a charter reservation, you are required to:

  • Have attained at least 18 years of age
  • Submit valid and thorough information
  • Remit the requested deposit per your reservation details
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Reservation confirmation is only given on payment receipt and our explicit written acknowledgment. We hold the right to decline service at our sole judgment.

3.3 Availability

All charters are contingent upon the availability of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. We will make earnest attempts to accommodate your requested dates and timings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted prices are in € and taxes are included unless specified otherwise. Prices may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the full charter fee is due when booking
  • Remaining Balance: Required 48 hours before the charter departs
  • Extra fees (if applicable): Payable after the charter concludes

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted methods of payment include most major credit cards, direct bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If canceled more than 72 hours before departure: Entire amount refunded, less processing fees
  • If canceled within 24-72 hours of departure: Half of the amount refunded
  • If canceled less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund issued

5.2 Cancellations Due to Weather

If the captain determines weather conditions to be unsafe, we shall:

  • Offer to reschedule the charter at no additional expense to the next available slot
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling turns out to be impractical

5.3 Mechanical Difficulties

In case of any mechanical issues with the designated vessel, we will make efforts to supply an appropriate substitute. If no substitute can be provided, we will issue a complete refund.

6. Safety and Behavior

6.1 Safety Measures

All participants are expected to:

  • Adhere to all instructions from the crew
  • Wear the provided safety gear as directed
  • Advise of any medical conditions that could impinge on their safety
  • Stay within the allocated areas aboard the vessel

6.2 Forbidden Items

The items listed below are prohibited on board:

  • Glass receptacles
  • Illegal drugs
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Pets (except with prior authorization)

6.3 Conduct

Travelers must behave respectfully at all times. If a passenger's conduct is deemed a safety risk or detracts from the enjoyment of others, we maintain the authority to end the charter ahead of schedule with no reimbursement.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Our Liability

We are solely liable up to the amount you have paid for your charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Injury sustained through passenger's own fault
  • Loss or harm to personal belongings
  • Indirect or punitive damages, or any form of consequential loss
  • Delays caused by weather or events outside our control

7.2 Insurance Provisions

We possess complete maritime insurance coverage for our fleet and activities. The responsibility for travel and personal insurance rests with the passengers.

7.3 Acceptance of Risk

Partaking in our charter services signifies acknowledgment of the inherent risks associated with such marine activities, and you agree to take responsibility for your own safety and actions.

8. Alterations and Itinerary Adjustments

We reserve the privilege to alter itineraries, paths, or schedules due to weather conditions, safekeeping reasons, or operational necessities. All efforts will be made to offer a comparable experience in lieu of changes.

9. Uncontrollable Circumstances (Force Majeure)

We are not accountable for delays, cancellations, or amendments resulting from circumstances that are beyond our control, which include, among others:

  • Intense weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Regulatory edicts
  • Harbor closures
  • Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Information Protection

Your private data is managed according to our Privacy Policy. Utilizing our services expresses your consent to collect and use your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

Content on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is covered by copyright and trademark laws. Unapproved reproduction, distribution, or generation of derivative works is prohibited.

12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
